Position Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for efficient production of quality products.

Responsibilities

1. Independently sets up machine for specific job.
2. Makes adjustments as necessary to ensure smooth operation of machine.
3. Produces quality pieces with image properly aligned and with quality imprint.
4. Identifies quality defects and adjusts machine as necessary to correct.
5. Provides troubleshooting to identify and correct causes of machine failure or breakdown.
6. Breaks down and/or changes over machine at end of job run.
7. Provides essential information regarding specific job to next operator at shift change.
8. Properly reports production quantities and tracks orders electronically through our computer system (scans).
9. Properly uses all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and works in a safe manner.
10. Immediately notifies Line/Floor supervisors of any issues that would prevent on-time delivery to customer.
11. Other duties as assigned by management.
