Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Programming Machine Operator I in Reno, NV for full-time manufacturing support. You will bag/tag items, kit and cut components, operate machines, inspect quality, sort materials, and label products. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

Shifts include 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 12:00 AM–8:30 AM. Hourly pay starts at $19.00 USD, with overtime up to $21.50 USD for night hours. Arrow offers solid benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, or Machine Operator.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Basic computer knowledge to use systems and enter data.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Bag and tag items according to specifications.
• Assemble kits with correct components and materials.
• Perform cutting tasks using the assigned equipment.
• Safely operate machinery and follow established procedures.
• Conduct visual inspections for quality and accuracy.
• Sort materials or products for efficient workflow.
• Apply labels to products as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
