Position Details

This is a THIRD SHIFT position, working Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 pm - 7:30 am in Sycamore, Illinois. The hourly pay includes the shift differential of $2.18, totaling $24.53/hr.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures.
• Perform routine production tasks under supervision, including forming, assembling, and packaging products; setting up and operating work stations.
• Use various tools and equipment such as hand tools, soldering, assembly, and test equipment.
• Monitor work visually and dimensionally, referring to blueprints and specifications, maintaining quality standards.
• Follow quality procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, including diagrams and assembly directions.
• Good visual acuity and hand dexterity for packaging and assembly tasks.
• Color and depth perception may be required for certain tasks.
• Basic computer data entry skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• High school diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 10 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.

Work Environment

• Temperature variations, humidity, noise, odors, dust.
• Adherence to safety precautions to prevent hazards.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay rate is $22.50/hour plus a 9% shift differential, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, education reimbursement, wellness programs, 401k match, pension plan, and paid time off.
