3rd Shift: 9:30 pm - 5:30 am

About the role:

The primary focus is to build quality products by following processes to meet all production goals.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Adhering to safety policies and practices.
  • Ensuring product quality and compliance with manufacturing process requirements, the Boston Scientific Corporation Quality Policy, and the Strategic Quality Process (SQP).
  • Building products by following all current certified processes and completing assigned work while meeting manufacturing goals and metrics.
  • Developing a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and related principles.
  • Flexing and rotating as necessary, working well with team members and cross-functional groups.
  • Maintaining accurate records such as Shop Floor Paperwork (SFP), Training Records System (TRS), Product Data Management (PDM), SAP, and Process Equipment Optimization (PEO) under supervision.
  • Demonstrating moderate mechanical aptitude and learning equipment setup to meet process specifications.
  • Interpreting quality specifications via SPC and understanding tight tolerances using measurement equipment.
  • Participating in focused factory cross-functional teams to drive metrics and ownership.
  • Following all company and site-specific policies and procedures.
  • Attending and passing all required training sessions (e.g., QS Basics, RTK, Lean Training, Extrusion 101).
  • Understanding basic SAP functions.
  • Performing basic extrusion troubleshooting.
  • Planning and preparing equipment to meet customer requirements.
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Previous machine operation experience or mechanical aptitude preferred.
