Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production machinery and equipment according to procedures and safety standards.
• Monitor machine performance and production output to meet quality/efficiency targets.
• Perform routine inspections and basic machine adjustments.
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.
• Record production data and conduct visual/dimensional quality inspections.
• Follow work instructions, procedures, and production schedules.
• Keep a clean, organized work area in 5S compliance.
• Identify and report malfunctions, concerns, or quality issues to supervisors/maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement for safety, quality, and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with team members, production leaders, engineers, and support departments.
