Qualifications

• Must have strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Make real-time adjustments to maintain smooth machine operation.
• Produce high-quality pieces with accurate image alignment and imprint results.
• Identify quality defects and adjust machines to correct issues.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and restore proper function.
• Perform changeovers and cleaning at end of job run.
• Record production quantities and update schedules in the system.
• Follow all PPE and safety protocols in the work area.
