Job Title: Machine Operator I

Location: Greenville, WI

Duration: 09 months

Pay Range: $18.50/hr. on W2

Shift: 3rd Shift - 9:30 pm to 6:30 am

Job Description:

• Assist with packaging on a press machine, working alongside the machine operator. Tasks include removing rolls from the machine, placing them in boxes, sealing boxes, and stacking on pallets. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Steel toe shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs, and high visibility vests are provided. Prior machine experience is not required. This project may last up to a year or longer, with potential for permanent hire before the project ends.
• Operate basic finishing equipment and tools following established processes and instructions. Perform quality tests, follow work order instructions, and meet productivity standards. Develop understanding of tools and equipment used in routine machine operation under supervision. Learn policies and procedures, build productive relationships, and resolve simple problems. Adhere to all safety practices and regulations. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and less than 1 year of experience.
