Additional $1.50 shift differential from 6 pm -- 6 am

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; 0-1 years of experience preferred; must be 18+
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be physically active
• Operate machines safely with minimal supervision
• Lift up to 50 lbs., including bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Stand and walk on concrete for extended periods
• Work in varying temperatures throughout the day
• Perform basic math and follow production specifications
• Relay information effectively across all employee levels
• Availability for overtime or weekend shifts as needed
• Complete background check and drug screening upon offer acceptance

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment with simple functions
• Set up and pre-run equipment for production startup
• Control line speeds, batch formulas, and production rates; ensure product quality and safety
• Perform quality checks
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
• Complete necessary paperwork (downtime, HACCP, SAP, SOPs, safety reports)
• Maintain professional conduct aligned with company values and policies
