Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Machine Operator in Minnesota to safely operate production equipment and meet quality standards on 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri). You will perform setup, monitoring, and minor maintenance, and ensure packaging integrity.
The role requires high School diploma, English communication, basic math, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You’ll work in a team-focused environment with a strong emphasis on safety and quality, and contribute to continuous improvement

The anticipated salary range for this position: $17.25 - $25.00 Hourly The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
