Job summary

Kahiki Foods - CJ Foods Affiliate is hiring for a full-time production role in a food manufacturing environment. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour, with an additional $1, plus a $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., on the 1st shift.

You will set up and pre-run equipment, control line speeds and batch formulas, perform quality checks, and complete required paperwork using SAP and SOPs. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year of relevant experience, ability to lift up

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand on concrete floors and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and pre-running equipment for production startup.
• Controlling line speeds, batch formulas, and overall product appearance and safety.
• Completing quality checks and paperwork (downtime, HACCP) using SAP/SOPs.

What You Will Do

• Setting up and pre-running equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Controlling line speeds, batch formula, production rates, starting and stopping equipment, and overall product appearance and safety.
• Completing various quality checks.
• Completing all required paperwork (for example: downtime, HACCP, etc., utilizing SAP, SOPs, Safety operation, training, as appropriate).

What You Will Bring

• High school diploma or GED with 0--1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced, production environment.
• Be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods and work in varying temperature conditions.
• Flexible working overtime, weekends, and alternative shifts as needed.
