What We Are Looking For

• Candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, 0-1 years of experience preferred, must be 18 years of age
• This job is in a fast-paced environment and requires physical activity
• Operate machines safely with minimal supervision
• Lift up to 50 lbs. — bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, and other activities as needed
• Communicate and problem-solve with coworkers
• Stand and walk on concrete for long periods
• Work in cold and/or hot temperatures throughout the day
• Perform basic math and obtain necessary production specifications
• Pass on information to coworkers and relay information across all employee levels, including management
• Work different hours, including overtime or weekends (hours may change based on production schedule)
• Candidates receiving offers will need to complete a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment with simple functions
• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper startup
• Control line speeds, batch formulas, production rates, and equipment start/stop functions
• Complete quality checks
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as bump caps, safety glasses, ear plugs, hair and beard nets, gloves, and safety shoes or boots
• Complete required paperwork (e.g., downtime, HACCP) using SAP, SOPs, and safety procedures
• Conduct yourself according to company values, policies, and standards
