Kelly is seeking a Machine Operator I (Entry Level) for our Chantilly, VA facility. The role is onsite with 12‑hour shifts and a starting pay of $19.50 per hour. You will operate machines, help package products, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills required.

• Ensure proper labeling and organization of shipments.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to support material flow and order fulfillment.
• Stand for 12‑hour shifts and perform routine heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Learn and operate new equipment as needed.
