What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator I, you’ll play an important role in producing high-quality architectural products by safely operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to develop new skills and grow your manufacturing career.

Hours

Days 6a - 6p 2-2-3 Schedule

Nights 6p - 6a 2-2-3 Schedule ($2.00 Shift Premium)

Pay

$19.50 / Hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery and equipment
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Comfortable using hand tools, including wrenches, hammers, and levels
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
