Job description

Job Title: Machine Operator I (MO1)

Purpose: Maintain consistency in blending ingredients for production.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain GMP standards and follow all requirements within the company HACCP plan.
• Learn all functions of the mixing room.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the shift.
• Complete all items from the Daily Pre and Post Ops checklist.
• Prepare required machinery.
• Gather all materials and ingredients for recipes following the production schedule.
• Complete all required documentation during the shift.
• Attend all training and adhere to Safety & Health procedures, policies, and plans.
• Troubleshoot and monitor equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Effective verbal communication and understanding of written instructions in English.
• Accurate math skills, including volume and weight measurements.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of production or food handling experience.
• Working knowledge of Production Worker III (P3).

Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
