Weekend shift - Saturday - Tuesday

Summary of This Role

Sets up and operates a variety of automated machines (e.g., folders, Muller, die cutter, cutter) used in production. Responsible for machine operation, feeding, folding, cutting, stitching, adjusting settings, minor repairs, inspecting, and packaging finished products.

What Part Will You Play?

• Learn the functionality of various finishing machines and processes by reviewing job materials and specifications.
• Review production samples to ensure adherence to client specifications and quality standards.
• Package finished products and review packaging for accuracy before shipment.
• Document job information such as material usage, scrap, and production time for cost tracking and billing.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No relevant experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer 2 years of fast production machine experience

Desired Skills and Capabilities

• Ability to acquire and apply job skills and learn company policies.
• Works on routine to semi-routine assignments with limited decision-making.
• Follows detailed instructions and works under close supervision.
