Job Description

We are Hiring Immediately for a Machine Operator position! Sets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Responsible for inspecting parts to specifications and making adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications. Starting pumps, agitators, and reactors, and opening valves. They may also use computer systems or semi-automatic equipment to control chemical processes. Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs. Chemical operators monitor gauges, flowmeters, and recording instruments to ensure that conditions are maintained. They also listen for warning signals and may shut down equipment in emergencies. Comply with company safety rules and regulations in machinery operation. Requires bending, lifting, standing, walking.
