Prinsco in Chatsworth has an opening for an entry-level Machine Operator. This position starts at $18.25 + $3 shift differential and offers a $500 sign-on bonus, along with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a safe manufacturing environment, including:

1. Roll plastic pipe onto coiling machine, tie with twine, and transport rolls/bundles to the assigned staging area.
2. Verify that finished goods meet Prinsco’s quality standards, identifying and reporting defects or improper machine operations immediately.
3. Cross-train into machine operation to learn new skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED with some work experience.
• The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• The ability to work in a loud environment; lift up to 25 pounds consistently and 75 pounds occasionally; use hands and reach with hands/arms; stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for up to 2/3 of the workday; and have good distance, peripheral, and depth vision.
