Job summary

Vision Staffing Solutions LLC is hiring a Machine Operator Helper for the Santa Fe Springs area on a 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am). The role supports machine operators in a metal finishing environment and is suitable for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and are mechanically inclined.

Responsibilities include machine setup assistance, belt changes, loading/unloading parts, basic grinding and polishing, simple measurements, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Saturday overtime is available.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable with standing, bending and repetitive tasks.
• Must follow safety rules with PPE provided.
• Must pass drug and background checks.

3rd Shift Fast‑Paced

Looking for a reliable helper to support machine operators in a metal finishing environment. Great for candidates who like hands‑on work, staying busy, and are mechanically inclined.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with machine setup & belt changes
• Load/unload parts
• Basic grinding, deburring & surface finishing
• Use calipers/rulers for simple measurements
• Keep work area clean & safe
• Help with part counts & simple documentation

Requirements

Shift: 3rd Shift; 10pm -6:30am

Must be available to train on 1st shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Saturday overtime available.

Location: Santa Fe Springs

Pay: $20 per hour.
