Job Overview

This role involves operating all production equipment safely and efficiently to produce quality materials that meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Operate all production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow Work Package Instructions and review production specifications.
  • Communicate and review the status of work in process at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Perform startups and shutdowns of equipment as needed.
  • Report decisions, problems, and questions promptly to management.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist in completing special projects.
  • Follow all Quality, Safety, and Environmental Procedures.
  • Uphold the Ravago Code of Conduct standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn and follow procedures is essential.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write English effectively; good communication skills.
  • Forklift certification is preferred.
Additional Information
  • Must be comfortable working in a noisy, non-climate-controlled environment.
  • Schedule may vary, with potential for over 40 hours per week without notice.
