Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn how equipment works.
• Manufacturing/production experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to follow SOPs and GMP.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer systems familiarity; SAP or HMI is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to wear PPE (hairnets, safety glasses, closed-toe shoes).

Responsibilities

• Operate fillers and labelers to keep production running smoothly.
• Learn basic equipment adjustments and changeovers.
• Perform equipment cleaning and rinsing processes.
• Enter product information accurately into SAP and document work.
• Team with maintenance and production on preventative tasks.
• Monitor product quality, batch codes, and labeling to meet standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Grow skills by training on additional tasks and supporting line leadership.
