Job summary

Paradigm is hiring Machine Operators for multiple departments in Virginia Beach. You will safely operate production machines such as print presses and binding equipment, load materials, and monitor runs for quality. Training is provided, with opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• For the role, a high school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Manufacturing or machine operation, bindery, or production experience is welcome.
• Forklift certification is helpful but not required.
• Reliable transportation to the Virginia Beach facility is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and shut down production machines safely.
• Load, prepare, and verify materials and work orders before production.
• Monitor production runs for accuracy and quality.
• Identify issues and assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Record material usage and completed production quantities accurately.
