Job summary

CREMER North America, LP in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Line Tech/Machine Operator to keep bottling and filling lines running smoothly. You’ll report to the Shift Supervisor, operate the equipment, troubleshoot small issues, and help out with tasks along the production line.

We value safety, teamwork, and reliability. A high school diploma or GED is required; extra training or certification is a plus, and we can train others. You must lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; extra training or certification is a bonus.
• Experience with bottling, packaging, or filling machines is helpful but not required; training available.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods; wear PPE as needed.
• Must understand instructions, write clearly when needed, and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and meet needed skill levels on the production line.
• Follow quality and safety requirements, including PPE and hair nets.
• Switch machines for different products and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Monitor downtime and report quality issues promptly.
• Adhere to production schedules and QC guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the line running smoothly.
• Keep machines clean and in good working order.
