Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing machinery for production.
  • Set up machines, adjust controls, and troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Inspect finished products and materials for quality and specs.
  • Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized area.
  • Load raw materials and move finished goods to storage or shipping.
  • Monitor performance and report malfunctions to supervisors.
  • Complete production records and shift reports accurately.
  • Collaborate with team to meet daily goals and deadlines.
  • Assist with cleaning, preventive maintenance, and changeovers.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
