Job description

Job Overview

Contribute toward the efficient operation of the rubber encapsulating department. Complies with current ISO requirements, good housekeeping, and all safety requirements.

A Day In The Life
  1. Set up and operate rubber encapsulation machines according to print specifications, shop orders, and process sheets.
  2. Adhere to all safety regulations to ensure safety for self and others.
  3. Ensure machines are operated with the proper mold and at the correct temperature.
  4. Maintain production standards through performance.
  5. Work at any workstation as required to meet production needs.
  6. Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications.
  7. Complete all documentation and perform rework on nonconforming products.
  8. Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
What will help you thrive in this role?
  • High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math functions. Computer skills are a plus.
  • Basic mathematical skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Ability to understand and follow detailed written and oral instructions.
