Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and manufacturing documentation, performing machine setups and tooling changes, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring safe, efficient operations. What You Drive at DTNA

Knowledge You Should Bring

• Minimum two years of CNC machining, metal fabrication, or related Machine Shop experience.
• Proficient in blueprint reading, GD&T, precision gaging, and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment, perform quality inspections, and use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional requirements.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

• Hands-on experience setting up, programming, and operating mills, lathes, drill presses, or similar CNC metal fabrication equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot machine, tooling, set up, and dimensional issues while maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Advanced knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T, precision measuring equipment, and maintaining tight tolerances to produce high-quality fabricated components.
