Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation in Broadview, IL is seeking a Machine Operator G2 to join our press shop. You will set up, program, troubleshoot and operate all machines in the press shop, including basic robot tasks, following safe procedures.

You should be detail-oriented, able to read blueprints, use calipers and tape measures, and work to daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety.

Qualifications

Detail-oriented with strong work ethic to meet daily production targets.
Ability to read blueprints and interpret diagrams for setup.
Proficient with measuring tools (calipers, tape) and PPE compliance.
Willingness to train in other departments and support CI initiatives.

Responsibilities

Set up, program, troubleshoot and operate all press shop machines.
Read blueprints, position and secure machinery per specs.
Verify work with calipers and tape measures; adjust settings as needed.
Maintain safety and clean workspace; meet daily productivity targets.
Coordinate with supervisor to ensure efficient plant performance.
