OSI Group is seeking a Production Operator to operate and set up manufacturing equipment per the daily schedule. The role requires monitoring machinery, recording data, calibrating systems, and maintaining a clean and safe work area in a food processing environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 0-1 year of related experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to read English specifications and recipes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0-1 year of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and follow English specifications/recipes.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery per leadership guidance.
• Set up and disassemble equipment daily per production schedule.
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot basic issues and notify supervision.
• Record data, adjust parameters, and calibrate systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following GMP and food safety rules.
• Assist maintenance with preventative maintenance programs.
