Job summary

Hire Sync is seeking a Machine Operator for a foam manufacturing operation in Painesville, OH. This hands-on role involves operating foam cutting and finishing equipment during the 2nd shift (4:00 PM–2:30 AM, 10-hour shifts) to meet daily quality standards.

The ideal candidate has prior machine operating or production experience, strong hand-eye coordination, and a dependable attendance record. Training will cover foam converting processes and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse settings.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor die-cutting and compression molding equipment used to shape foam products.
• Perform skiving operations to precisely slice or reduce the thickness of foam materials.
• Perform beveling and other finishing processes according to product specifications.
• Inspect raw materials and finished foam components for quality and accuracy.
• Monitor equipment during production and identify potential operating or quality issues.
• Make sure finished products meet established specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain and clean machines, tools, and surrounding work areas.
• Assist with packaging completed foam components.
• Prepare finished products for additional processing, finishing, or shipment.
• Follow established production procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Work with the production team to meet daily quality and productivity goals.

Pay: $16.00–$19.00/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift | 4:00 PM–2:30 AM | 10-Hour Shifts

Hire Sync is hiring a Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing operation in Painesville, OH. This is a hands-on production position working with specialized machinery to cut, shape, and finish foam products according to specifications.
