Job Details

Role and Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery including roll forming, press, milling, fabrication, welding, cutting, routing, molding, extrusion, etc.
• Manufacture sectional and rolling doors and components according to specifications, drawings, BOMs, and work orders.
• Ensure product quality by following procedures, SOPs, maintaining proper settings, and conducting inspections.
• Adjust machinery to meet quality standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, cranes, and material handling devices.
• Fabricate and assemble door sections and components as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience with micrometers and measuring devices preferred.
• Roll forming experience is a plus.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Regularly lift 35-50 pounds.
