Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Caldwell/ Fruitland, ID is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment on Fri–Sun with additional weekday rotations. You will set up machinery, ensure material availability, inspect runs, and report any malfunctions to keep quality and safety standards.

• Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed through production shift.
• Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available and ready to be used to produce.
• Visually inspect production run and document results. Confirming quality of product throughout production.
• Determine and report malfunctions to supervisor or manager to safety hazards and product defects.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area to maintain safety and performance standards.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

What Does a Machine Operator do at Swire Coca-Cola?

• Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed through production shift

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate required
• Forklift Certification within 30 days from hire required
• Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
