Machine Operator- Polishing 1st Shift – Colorado Springs, CO

Responsibilities

1. Load and unload metal lock parts onto equipment for fabrication or finishing.
2. Visually inspect parts for color, finish, and damage.
3. Operate machinery with dual hand controls.
4. Assist with recording production details and machine maintenance.
5. Maintain a clean and safe workstation.

Qualifications

• Good eye/hand coordination and quick decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle metal materials and work safely around hazardous chemicals.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and write clearly in English.
• Basic math skills.

Compensation

Base hourly range: $15.14 - $26.82, based on experience.
