Hours: 7:45pm to 8am 3-2-2

This position is responsible for operating and monitoring various types of production and packaging equipment, handling raw materials, inspecting finished products, and ensuring products meet established quality standards.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment.
• Feed raw materials and ingredients into machines according to production requirements.
• Mix resin and other ingredients used in the manufacturing process.
• Monitor product formation, extrusion, curing, slitting, winding, and finishing processes.
• Handle large rolls of material as they come off production equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet specifications.
• Package finished products according to established standards.
• Monitor equipment throughout the production process and report any issues or defects.
• Maintain accurate production and recordkeeping documentation.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production guidelines.
