Job summary

ATCO Rubber Products, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Machine Operator to produce jacket or core parts at set efficiency and quality standards. The role is on-site and requires operating and monitoring machinery, reading procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd and 3rd; full-time with 40 hours weekly and overtime as needed. Benefits include a full package with 401(k), STD/LTD, life and AD&D, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with safe practices.
• Ability to operate/monitor equipment to ensure quality production.
• Read and follow manuals and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and operate Core and Jacket machinery; handle materials according to procedures.
• Monitor and operate production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Examine core and jacket produced to ensure conformance with standards.
• Package finished products in bundles/boxes/pallets.
• Refer issues to Productions Lead or supervisors for disposition.
• Perform all required machine cleaning.
• Document work completed including tickets/production information on bags.
• Participate in training and continual improvement processes.
