ATCO Rubber Products, Inc. — Tampa area plant in Plant City, Florida — is hiring for an Assembler to produce jacket or core at set efficiency and quality standards.

The role involves operating Core and Jacket machinery, inspecting output, and packaging finished parts in bundles and pallets. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow procedures, lift up to 45 lbs, and be available for overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Willing to work overtime as needed, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and operate Core and Jacket machinery and handle materials per procedures.
• Monitor and operate production equipment for safe, efficient operation.
• Examine produced parts to ensure conformance with standards.
• Package finished materials in bundles/boxes/pallets.
• Refer issues to supervisor for disposition.
• Perform machine cleaning and document work completed.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and adhere to safety rules.
