Job summary

SIG is seeking a material handler to load, unload, label and move parts within the plant and adjacent areas. You will manage FIFO, help meet hourly production targets, and ensure proper labeling and inventory placement. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a safety‑minded, detail‑oriented approach.

Training on company policies and OSHA guidelines is provided. We value teamwork, flexibility, and clear communication as you rotate across departments and support quality and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work safely and follow company guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or worksite.
• Lifts, packages parts and labeling properly.
• Issue parts to LN Work Orders using FIFO.
• Meet hourly/daily production targets on each machine.
• Apply labels to finished products and move to inventory areas.
• Rotate and organize inventory inside department.
• Ensure machine hoppers stay filled with correct parts.
• Pull assembly samples for QC every 4 hours.
• Perform visual inspection of parts and maintain 5S housekeeping.
• Follow procedures and safety guidelines; comply with policies.
