Responsibilities
  • Operate basic machinery proficiently at a defined rate with proper quality.
  • Develop and maintain understanding of the products assembled and their impact on the business.
  • Continuously learn principles, practices, and processes related to the job and similar roles.
  • Safely handle materials using proper lifting techniques, including overhead hoists/lift tables.
  • Communicate hazards and equipment issues with leadership.
  • Occasionally provide basic training to employees.
  • Cross-train in different areas within the department and adapt to different stations as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • At least 1 year of experience operating relevant machinery or equivalent.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work in a team environment professionally.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to utilize applicable hand tools with precision.
Physical Demands

Regularly required to talk, hear, manipulate objects or controls, stand, and walk. Occasionally required to stoop, bend, reach above shoulders, and lift up to 25-50 pounds. The role involves frequent computer-based work, requiring periods of sitting, close vision, and focus adjustment. Occasional travel is expected.
