Job summary

Amcor in Batavia, IL is seeking Extrusion/Lamination Operators to set up, run, and support extrusion machines in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This role requires at least 6 months of machine operation experience and the ability to work a fixed 12-hour 4-3 schedule.

You will perform quality checks, document results, troubleshoot basic equipment, and record production data while maintaining a clean work area. Union facility with day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating, troubleshooting, or adjusting equipment.
• Ability to work a fixed 4-3 schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong attendance, safety, and teamwork mindset.
