**Successful hire for the Extrusion Operator 3rd shift position will receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment!**

What will you do:

As our Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of an extrusion press to extrude diverse shapes and lengths from a variety of materials.

The Job:

• Set-up of extrusion press machines.


• Adjusting and operating extrusion presses.


• Making color adjustments.


• Assuring proper quality and specification of product.


• Assisting in maintenance of equipment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


• Have the flexibility to meet workload deadlines.


• The ability to professionally work independently and in a team environment.


• Great attention to detail.

Requirements:

• 0-2 year of Extrusion or machine operating experience.


• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.


• Fork lift certification to be completed after successful hire.


• High school diploma or equivalent.

Hours and Location:

• Inpro World Headquarters, Muskego, WI


• 3rd shift, Monday-Friday; 10:50pm-7:00am
