Atkore International is seeking an Extrusion Machine Operator for its facility in Fort Mill, SC. The role involves setting up and operating machinery, adhering to safety standards, and ensuring product quality. Candidates should have a high school diploma and relevant experience in manufacturing settings.
Machine Operator (Extrusion, 23.50 per hour)
Who we are looking for:
We are currently looking for an Extrusion Machine Operator to be based out of Fort Mill, SC. This person will set up and operate an extrusion machine according to established procedures, guidelines, and customer requirements. The operator possesses a moderate to advanced understanding of general aspects of the job. Will report to the Manufacturing Shift Lead.
What you’ll do:
Operate and observe machinery during production and
Identify acceptable or unacceptable product quality to customer requirements and quality standards
Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers to achieve productivity and site goals
Adhere to all safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions immediately

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $23.50 Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
