Job Openings:

• Operator-Press (8 hr shifts, 2nd, 3rd, Weekend Shift)
• Operator-Converting (8 hr shifts, 2nd, 3rd)
• Operator-Extrusion (12 hr shifts 6pm-6am/2,2,3)

Attendants

Starting at $24.75/hr.
Premium of $1.20-1.50 for off shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery
• Ensure correct product
• Check data sheets for proper machine setup
• Set machine parameters according to SOPs
• Troubleshoot the line and take corrective actions
• Maintain quality control and address defects
• Ensure safety of the department
• Collaborate with other departments for accuracy and delivery
• Perform all SQF activities
• Report equipment, product, or facility damages

Qualifications:

• Press positions require 3 years of flexographic press experience
• Other positions require 2-3 years of machine operating experience

Other Requirements:

• Ability to use quality equipment tools (microscope, micrometer, tape measure)
• Flexibility in a high-performance environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Follow instructions and make data-driven decisions
