Job Summary
Performs semi-skilled work operating a variety of equipment, including packaging of roll material from winder, operating equipment controls for loading/unloading rolls safely, and preparing samples of finished products. Responsible for printing and labeling materials to be sent to customers.

Essential Functions

1. Perform the duty of packaging rolls as produced on the machine per work order instructions.
2. Obtain materials for processing from inventory bins and advise supervisor if damaged, defective, or missing material is found.
3. Perform machine set-ups according to standard procedures or work order plans provided by supervisor.
4. Check operating controls and safety stops on equipment prior to operation.
5. Maintain legible handwriting skills.
6. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
7. Review work order/drawings and resolve conflicts.
8. Produce and pack products manufactured per work order instructions during shift.
9. Understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions.
10. Maintain effective working relationships with other employees.
11. Maintain Airtech lift cart certification.
12. Notify supervisor or manager of any potential safety hazards.
13. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.

Educational Background and Work Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
