Nutrition 101, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator / Drying Technician in Pendleton, IN for full-time night shift. You will operate drying equipment, monitor performance, and ensure product quality in a hot and noisy production setting.

Training is provided; forklift certification can enhance responsibilities. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of machinery experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment preferred – will train new team members.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a hot, noisy, or dusty environment
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds
• Forklift experience preferred (certification provided if needed)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production procedures
• Dependable and able to work scheduled shifts

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate drying equipment used in the production process
• Monitor equipment performance using control panels and automated systems
• Perform routine quality checks on products during production
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot equipment when needed
• Record production data and maintain accurate batch logs
• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment after certification
• Willingness to use chemicals while wearing required PPE
• Prepare finished products for storage or shipment
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Communicate with team members to keep production running smoothly

Job Title: Machine Operator / Drying Technician
Location: Pendleton, IN
Schedule: Full-Time | Hourly
3rd shift: 7pm to 3am Sunday - Thursday
Pay: $21-24/hourly - pay increase after forklift certification is obtained

What You'll Do
