Nutrition 101 is seeking a Machine Operator / Drying Technician in Pendleton, IN to operate drying equipment, monitor performance, and ensure product quality. You will setup equipment, run production, log batches, and assist with forklift operations after certification.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment preferred – will train new team members
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a hot, noisy, or dusty environment
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds
• Forklift experience preferred (certification provided if needed)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production procedures
• Dependable and able to work scheduled shifts

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate drying equipment used in the production process
• Monitor equipment performance using control panels and automated systems
• Perform routine quality checks on products during production
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot equipment when needed

Location: Pendleton, IN

Schedule: Full-Time | Hourly

3rdshift: 7pm to 3am Sunday - Thursday

Pay: $21-24/hourly – pay increase after forklift certification is obtained
