Job summary

Revolution Search Group is seeking a production operator in Wisconsin to operate and troubleshoot food processing equipment on day and night shifts. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adherence to HACCP and GMP guidelines.

Shifts follow a 2-2-3 pattern with 6am–6pm on days and 6pm–6am on nights; a $1000 sign-on bonus is offered to new hires. Prior food manufacturing experience is a plus and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or similar environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail required.
• Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations in food production.

$23.67/hr

$26.67/hr
