Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating automatic packing equipment, performing quality inspections, and supporting continuous production. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:

• Operate automatic packing machines to ensure continuous line production
• Conduct quality checks on products and equipment
• Apply identification labels to each carton accurately
• Document case counts, rework, control points, and quality checks
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs to equipment as needed
• Provide guidance and training to Utility Technicians in the area
• Maintain a safe and clean work area

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Must successfully complete equipment training
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction without a calculator)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, reach, and stand as required for job duties
