Job summary

Bob’s Red Mill in Milwaukee seeks a Machine Operator to assist in the setup and operation of packaging machinery, including form-fill machines, scales, metal detectors, labelers, bag inserters, case erectors and conveyors.

The role is on-site with a rotating 12-hour day shift (6:00 am–6:30 pm) that includes some weekends. Wage starts at $21.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a mission-driven, employee-owned company.

• Experience operating packaging machinery is a plus.
• Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour schedule including weekends.

Position Overview: The Machine Operator assists in the setup and operation of packaging machinery, including, but not limited to, form and fill machines, hopper feed systems, product screeners, automated scales, metal detectors, label applicators, bag inserters, case erectors, automated box and package printing systems, and various types of conveyor systems.
