Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long shifts

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures
• Work effectively in a team to promote productivity
• Attend daily shift meetings to measure progress and obtain feedback
• Inspect outgoing material for accuracy
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Crosstrain on multiple machines
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold safety culture
• Perform additional duties as needed
