Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands seeks an on-site production operator in Lexington, TN to run machinery, move materials with forklift and crane, and support line efficiency. You will read production orders, document material movements, and maintain safety while working in varying outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing/production role preferred.
• Basic Microsoft knowledge.
• Experience with side forklift, bander, nail gun, overhead crane, saws and pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and instruct line helpers to meet production goals.
• Safely inspect equipment and maintain safe work environment.
• Read and understand production orders and ensure quality requirements.
• Use forklift, crane, and manual handling of materials with proper documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team, supervisor, and management.
