Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery, including press brake machines and CNC equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize SolidWorks for design modifications and assist in the assembly of components as needed.
• Follow detailed work instructions to assemble products accurately on the assembly line.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or factory setting.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Safely operate forklifts when necessary to transport materials within the facility.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
• Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
• Experience with assembly line operations and warehouse practices is advantageous.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics, particularly using SolidWorks software.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in operating machinery and handling materials safely.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
