This job involves operating an automated system that cuts and packages sandpaper sheets. Responsibilities include changeovers, loading materials, quality checks, and maintaining a safe work environment by following safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Understanding product flow on the machine (Intermediate)
• Following 5S procedures for cleanliness and organization (Intermediate)
• Recording downtime and machine issues (Senior)
• Using HMI to select programs (Intermediate)
• Mechanical changeovers with proper instructions (Intermediate)
• Following BPS standards (Entry)

Additional duties include material loading, operating lifts, setting up and starting machines, troubleshooting, following SOPs, and maintaining safety standards.
